• Responding to internal and external emails related to support
• P1, P2, and P3 troubleshooting.
• Collecting stock and arranging for couriers to deliver to clients / business partners
• Monitored servers and escalated emergency technical issues beyond scope to maintain optimum up-time
• Customer activation and router configuration and troubleshooting.
