As part of our auditing services, I reviewed files for Bryte Insurance Company at Panel Beaters across the country. To ensure a thorough audit, I completed all necessary pre-audit checks, including verifying the authenticity of process documents and payment accuracy. Following the audit, I provided a detailed explanation of the findings to the financial clerk and manager.
Within the first two months of training, I acquired the skills to conduct audits independently. I ensured timely arrivals at designated panel beaters by providing accurate directions. Through my work, I had the opportunity to visit various panel beaters, meeting new people each week and developing my communication skills to effectively interact with each individual.

Accounting Assistant at Shower Doors (2021-06 – 2023-01)

As an accounting assistant, my primary responsibility is preparing financial documents and maintaining organised paperwork. Beyond my core duties, I provide on-site support, preparing equipment and surfaces for installation and removals. When working with glass doors, teamwork is essential. My top priorities are ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe working environment.
I designed and implemented a range of financial document templates in Excel, allowing for seamless reuse and adaptation. Furthermore, I led the initiative to digitize our paperwork, transitioning to online and electronic systems, which has significantly improved our operational efficiency and reduced our environmental footprint.
