I am a self-confident, motivated person and I try to exceed my superior's expectation “tend to please”, with a high-quality work. Being a fast learner and also my willingness to learn I quickly pick up business knowledge related to my project.

Over the years I have acquired relevant skills, especially in sales management and processes, I possess exceptional customer service skills, with administrative management, database management systems.

Currently busy with the online course offered by Google (RLabs) studying IT Support Professional Certificate - an eight-month intensive IT support program that covers troubleshooting, customer service, networking operating systems, system administration and security. Also includes evaluative hands on assessments.
