I am a young and experienced individual who has worked in the customer service industry for more that 3 years also very family orientated and I am willing to learn new things on a daily basis.

I have worked as customer service advisor at Aegis outsourcing for Telkom mobile, thereafter I moved to working as a service desk agent as merchants SA for a Vodacom campaign. I have also worked for an international campaign which is Amazon at web help.

I have a national senior certificate which is my matric which I have passed with a diploma and completed in 2017.
