I have been involved in the Customer Service environment since i started to work in 1986 with the banking industry, from there moved to Customer Support, Administration management and eventually Call Centre Management. I was retrenched and went on to do various temp assignments and eventually became a Customer care Manager for a motor manufacturer – I was brought on board to initialize and ensure policies in place and effective running of the dept. I am a person that is hard driven, passionate about what I do, I can communicate on all levels, am a strong leader as well as a team player. I am also very focused with regards to superior customer service excellence and satisfaction.
I have been involved in administration - financial and customer service since the beginning of my working career - I consider them to be my strong points.

I have been on may courses in house as well as institutions to advance my career and experience dealing mainly with customer service, various soft skills and management skills, I also started my practical Accounting but could not complete as the institution closed down. I attending CTT+ but never completed the exam. I have also recently completed my certification in TEFL/TESOL
