I have managed a reception area at a recruitment agency. I'm passionate about creating an environment that welcomes and keeps clients.
My skill set is a perfect match for the job requirements. In particular, my Administration, sales and marketing assistant experience at a front desk make me an ideal candidate for the position. For example, at my last job, I managed a switchboard, with calls from 3 different branches of the company. I would assist with HR, ad hoc duties. I am proficient with MS suite products and CRM systems such as Trello, Okta etc.
My equipment includes a laptop with windows 11, version 21H2. Internet is Fiber cable, Vumatel, a USB headset and LAN cable. My internet speed is 30.89 Mbps download and 30.33 Mbps upload.
