Employment contract specifies duties as set out in attached job description, together with all normal duties associated with and reasonably within the scope of the position. Reports to Aimee Calasse & Susan Erasmus.

• Work Tuesdays – Fridays: 08h30 – 16h30 (1 hour lunch, taken when clients are not there for a tasting)
• Work Saturdays: 10h00 – 15h30 (16h00 if guests present), 2 Saturdays per month
• Work certain weekends and week nights for functions and tastings throughout the year
• Work certain public holidays due to nature of the contract
• Work additional hours for wine shows and functions if requested
• Tasting Room sales commission: 7.5% ex VAT
• Trade Sales (New Clients) commission: 5% ex VAT
• Direct Sales on own (Shows & Additional Tastings) commission: 10% ex VAT
• Direct Sales (where Winemaker needs to be present) commission: 5% ex VAT
• Minimum fixed commission of R 2000 per month for first 12 months
• Provident fund eligibility after probation period (Company contribution R250, Employee contribution R250)
