• Maintaining Relationships with External customers

• Responding to complaints from Customers and providing solution.

Vehicle Sales - Bidvest McCarthy Car sales

• Follow up on leads.
• Register Vehicle and obtain License plates prior to delivery
• Follow up on pay-out from the bank as per procedure.
• If sales is Successful, complete offer to purchase with customer and obtain relevant documents.
• Ensure all Fitments are completed prior delivery.
• All customer complaints are communicated to the Manage and resolved same day.
• Make sure stock on showroom floor is Presented and priced correctly
