I am a dynamic leader with a unique skill set best suited for a Senior Strategic and Enterprise-wide leadership roles. I have extensive deep and broad experience in Leadership, Stakeholder and Relationship Management, Budgets, Project Management, Customer Service, Wills and Estate, Insurance, Call Centre, Pre-Legal, Legal and Floorplan (corporate collections).

To this end, I have acquired an abundance of knowledge, which includes exposure in Pre-legal, Legal and Insurance collections; value added products, assessment of application,

developing of staff and leadership skills. I believe that understanding the consequences of poor quality of business as well as unforeseen circumstances that leads to poor business performance empowers an individual to great lengths. I was fortunate of being exposed to this knowledge, whilst in Public and Private sector this abundance of knowledge will most certainly contribute to adding tremendous value to any company.

Given the opportunity, I can do just that, apart from inspiring my peers. Further to the above, I have developed various skills such as:

I am a “BIG Picture” thinker with practical know-how to translate business concepts into functional reality, by developing and translating strategy into workable, achievable objectives and driving continuous business improvements. The significant achievements include:

• Successfully conceptualized, designed, created and executed a workflow system within First National Bank
• Successfully centralised the unsecured Insolvent, Deceased and Administration department
• Successfully placed processes and procedures in place that reduced audit findings and increased productivity
• Successfully pioneered full Remote Location working strategy

I therefore strongly believe that the knowledge gained in working in a Banking and Insurance environment will add tremendous value to me being an employee of choice within ANY COMPANY in that I have dealt with “Stars and Stripes" and this has enabled me to understand how to minimize loss of Revenue and increase the Ratio to Recover a rand, this I believe is certainly a solid foundation to me taking up any challenge, I am an ambitious individual who believe that challenges are a gateway to success and being dynamic is what makes one add value in every aspect of any business.
