My undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) and my experience in recruitment and selection have given me a deep understanding of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Skills Development Act (SDA), and Employment Equity Act (EEA). I have identified additional training needs for employees and have assisted individuals with the industrial relations process. I have a strong passion for helping people and take great pleasure in sharing my knowledge and providing advice on HR matters.
