I am a high achieving third year Bachelor of Social Science student at the University of Cape Town, pursuing Industrial-Organisational Psychology and Psychology, with a academic background in organisational behaviour, decision making, performance, motivation and organisational systems. Beyond my academic results, I have developed a strong understanding of people's behaviour, organisation and communication, which supports my ability to effectively engage with clients in a professional environment. Through my academic background, front desk training and work experience, it has enhanced my problem solving skills, adaptability, interpersonal and service oriented skills.
