I am Letisha, currently working as a Quality and Insight Analysts. I am looking for growth and stability. I entail the qualities of understanding and empathy and I believe the key to any business is communication.
On a daily basis I perform audits and complete insights, understanding if the root call analysts is either agent driven, business driven or customer driven. In my previous working career, I've dealt with local debt collections for retail stores.
I have completed my matric. I'm in the process of receiving my contact center certificate.
