A motivated and personable student pursuing a BA in Public Management and Governance at the University of Johannesburg. I worked at a call centre where I developed a skill of answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. I handled inbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.
