Contact prospective tenants, create guest cards and input their information into database. Conduct presentations of the building and show shops to prospective tenants. Assist prospective tenants with application process. Conduct lease signing and sure accuracy of all lease documents. Calculate lease commission and make sure deposit/bank guarantees is paid before tenant take occupancy.
I maximize the recovery of operating and municipal costs through monitoring of leases to establish which expenses are recoverable and taking steps to recover the expenses, where applicable.
