I am a team player, a self-managed, self-driven person who works positively and collaboratively with colleagues and parents of learners. I believe in demonstrating positive role-model behaviour to students. I prefer to make use of modern teaching methods including adoption of machine learning and artificial intelligence tools in pedagogics.

I always apply an innovative and adaptive approach to suit any curriculum model. I am psychologically aware that learners are individually different in terms of their cognitive strength and hence my teaching methods embrace such differences. I derive joy from teaching as it accords me with the opportunity to connect with students and enable me to intellectually transform young minds in a positive way.

I prefer demonstrating the physical significance of Physics as well as its relevance in our daily lives.

More than 20 years of teaching Physics at secondary and advanced level. more than 6 years of experience in research based on renewable energy and ICT in physics pedagogy
