I am a qualfied caregiver with experience with frail care, assisted living, Dementia and Alzheimers patient.
I started my career as a Junior Restaurant Manager with the Lanzerac hotel and spa in 2003, 2007 I was promoted to Senior Restaurant Management. I left lanzerac hotel to Asara Wine estate in September in 2018.
Worked with asara Wine estate till July 2020. Left Asara due to covid.
July 2021, worked with Esquire bar and Restaurant in Franshoek. 2022 august I joined Quionrock Wine farm stellenbosch as Restaurant manager in the Rosebank Johannesburg branch.
I moved to the stellenbosch Qbar restaurant and bar in March 2023. Until 2 November 2023 when we mutually separated.
I have a diploma in hotel management from the then “Prime Serve”.
Throughout my career as a Junior Restaurant Manager to Senior management positions, I have had numerous front of house and back of house innovative training sessions and latest market trends over the years.
Certificate from WOSA (wines of South Africa). So I do have excellent Wine knowledge.
