- To keep track of all new advertised tenders in line with our business activities via different platforms at all times
- Manage and monitor compliance with relevant legislative frameworks and procedures in terms of procurement
- Coordinate input from all role players and assist in compiling tender documents according to specified requirements and arrange for pricing
- Give guidance, advise on Procurement procedures and on how to compile bid documents to subordinates
- Ensure delivery of the tender document on the submission date and time at the right location
- To ensure supporting documents are always up to date E.G Tax clearance, Bbbee, coida e.t.c
- To track and report on all submitted tender documents and attend to all tender related queries
- Compile Procurement Plan / Supply Chain Acquisition Management plan
- Oversee a compliant execution of the Bid/ Quotation process
- Compile and Manage Database of Approved Suppliers within our company
- Manage the sourcing of Bids from the Database according to the threshold values
- Identify and Mitigate risk within the unit by providing training to officials on new Developments
- Attend tender briefing or clarifications meetings
- Compile Monthly reports in connection with bids submitted
