Am a cook / chef who was approved in Alberta apprenticeship board last year through my years of experience as well as hours in the kitchen .I have covered nearly all the sections in the kitchen menu planning , costing as well ,ordering from suppliers ,training junior chefs and covering on health and safety ,including the administration
i have worked in the kitchen for over 20 years covering all the sections of the kitchen most of the menus i now them by heart ,reducing wastages focusing on profits as well as portion control as well training junior chefs also paying attention on health and safety which reminds every food handler to clean as they go not as they come back
i have a diploma in cookery and food preparation [ city & guilds ] i also have ordinary level five subjects which is English, History ,Science ,Geography and Accounts
