Currently, I serve as a valuable member of the Transnet National Ports Authority's Enterprise and Supplier Development, processing work with certain suppliers on a one-to-one basis to improve their performance for the benefit of the buying organisation. Leading to improvements in the total added value from the supplier in question in terms of B-BBEE rating, product or service offering, business processes and performance, as well as improvements in lead times and delivery. Prior to this, I had the privilege of working at Standard Bank as a Universal Banker, where I provided personalised banking services, facilitated account openings, and supported customers with their financial transactions and loan applications.
