Implementation of Quality Assurance department and defining Quality Assurance Guardrails within Barloworld Group. Responsible for enforcing governance standards within the implementation of strategic and business as usual initiatives across Barloworld divisions (SMD, Barloworld Equipment and Ingrain). The testing governance processed include (Functional, System integration, Automation, Performance and Cyber Security testing).
Implemented RPA’s and other digital transformation and optimisation initiatives. Responsible for implementation of Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence. Successfully implemented Salesforce CRM, EPM (Enterprise performance management System) and stabilization of SAP ECC system.
Currently overseeing QA activities on ERP implementation where we are replacing SAP with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAXT).
