Accounts Payable Learner - SupaTrade Spar

• Assist with capturing supplier invoices and credit notes and checking supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and goods received records, where applicable, and flag differences for review.
• Assist with supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on missing invoices, credit notes and outstanding items.
• Help prepare supplier payment schedules and load payments for review and authorisation by the responsible officials.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice queries, account discrepancies and payment enquiries.
• Assist with allocating payments to supplier accounts and sending remittance advice after payments are processed.
• Maintain organised invoice, reconciliation and payment records to support month-end activities and audit requests.
