I love working in the bush and I am looking to advance my career in this industry.
I have over 11 years' experience working in the Game Lodge Industry with 10 years at 5 star Lodges, such as Lion Sands Tinga in Kruger National Park, Madikwe Hills Private Game Lodge in Madikwe Game Reserve and my last position, at the 5 star Premium Relais & Chateaux Jabulani Safari in Kapama Private Game Reserve.
I have experience in FOH, Reception and Administration positions, assisting with stock for both the Spa and Curio Shops, guest relations, general administration and my computer skills are excellent. My initial positions within this industry have been in the Spa environment as I am a qualified Spa Therapist with a Diploma from Camelot and my ITEC qualification as well as other related courses and certificates. In order for me to advance and broaden my experience, I completed 2 short courses online, Front of Office Lodge Operations and Game Lodge Management, which have given me a better understanding of the various areas of responsibility within the Lodge environment.
My passion for customer service ensures that every guest has a positive and memorable holiday. I am friendly, down to earth and willing to assist wherever and whenever needed.
