My current position as an Events Project Manager at Shai Boi Project Management has given me the opportunity to work on a wide range of special events, including annual company-wide parties and galas, holiday gatherings, and Sports Events. I have spearheaded these events from start to finish by communicating with vendors, preparing presentations, arranging catering services, and handling billing

Some of my achievements include:

• Managed execution of annual event budgets, with an average of R 8 million in total event Sales.
• Maintained client relationships with over 500 corporate partners and Government Events.
• Led event planning committee comprised of seven members to ensure efficient and effective management of event needs.
• Successfully managed over 100 events annually.
• Liaise with other regional offices in different locations.

I have also served as a Event Project Manager for Sun International in Sun city, where I planned and executed events for the clients. This was a rewarding experience that gave me insight into how powerful special events can be in making positive change. These experiences also helped me develop excellent organizational and communication skills that are critical to success as an event manager.
