- Request, Receive and Action all Project required Purchase orders together with the Cost Centre Business owner & SCM / VPC, by implementing CAPEX and OPEX projects using PMBOK/PMP project methodologies.
- Determine the WBS with CORE-Engineering that is required for the project, and liaise with all the Department Stakeholders, Equipment Vendors, Data centre owners, Regions, to ensure the capacity is available, the timelines can be met, and the budget is available for the Project.
- Vodacom Cosmos Program, focusing on 5G Non-Stand-Alone Core and 5G Stand Alone Core with containerized solutions.
- Vodacom Spring 2 & 3 Programs – Migration into cloud for all VNFs MSP, SGSNMME & CUPS, DRA, ENUM, PCRF Data/Volte, SDL, Edge, SBC, CSCF etc. Production Rollout Management / CR creation, CR Execution / Monitoring. Post change monitoring, Stakeholder Communications (Backlog grooming, Prioritisation of Product, Features, Tariff plan changes).
