- Conduct case investigations during disease outbreak in the community and plan for intervention in close cooperation with other disciplines

- Process referrals and ensure fast tracking referrals from teams in order to assess and provide direct psychosocial support to client
- Provide appropriate interventions and referrals based on needs arising
- Assist clients with appropriate referrals for psychosocial issues (e.g. Paralegal, rape, trafficking and substance abuse)
