• Assisting with capturing of staff leave on persal system
• Assisting with the calculation of performance evaluation ratings for capturing
• Processing of incoming and outing calls
• Typing letters and memorandums
• Compiling weekly reports
• Providing registry counter services
• Receiving and registering hand deliveries mail/files
• Rendering an effective filling and record management service, filling/storage, tracing and retrieval of documents and files.
