• Investigate different Picture Archive and Communication System(s) for Capital Radiology (product: AGFA PACS), procure and integrate the newly implemented PACS with the newly upgraded NAV system.
• Analyse and upgrade Microsoft Business Solutions Navision to later versions copying Table structures, adjusting Codeunits and rewriting all pages and reports in the new version (NAV), as yearly consecutive NAV upgrades did not occur. • Design, develop, implement and support a Radiology Information System (RIS) (i.e. Clinical Line of Business system) for Capital Radiology using C# - RIS to integrate with existing PACS system as well as MBS (Microsoft Business Solutions) Navision.
• Develop a Bulk Invoice Emailing system for MBS Navision using C#.
• Develop a Manufacturing-Record storage system and RX Label printing for PET Labs Pharmaceuticals / AXIM using C# (PET Labs was a Subsidiary Company of Capital Radiology, producing Radiopharmaceutical Isotopes).
• Develop an EDI interface for invoices to be sent to Medical Aid’s.
• Develop an Office Automation solution to use Word Macro’s to update the NAV SQL database.
• Develop and implement a "Paperless" (digital document - PDF/website) signature solution whereby the customers sign the Terms and Conditions and other documents using either their mobile phone/tablet or digital signature pads at each station (30 reception points).
• Develop an API integration to an SMS portal to send SMS messages directly from NAV.

• Motivation for change: My father passed away in March 2008. I had to return to Pretoria to close his business and handle his estate. Capital Radiology had also requested me to return as a Senior Developer. The combination of these factors led me to this decision.
