14 Years experience in the Telecommunications industry. Started of as an intern while completing my degree. Work for a year as a 1st line Network support Engineer, next few years I was part of the NMS support team, ensuring data quality, integrity and reporting. For the last 5 years I’ve been working as a Network Engineer supporting, troubleshooting and configurations of SDWAN Networks. I’m also responsible for providing training to our Teams and customers regarding our SDWAN solution dashboards.
