As a Skills Development Facilitator & Training HR Specialist, this is an exciting opportunity for me to practice my skills and built-up institutional knowledge in order to champion integrated planning, coordination, and implementation on a more focused and concentrated portfolio sphere. I’ve been involved in various projects and programs from a strategic, operational, and implementation perspective and effective, efficient, and economic base service delivery has always been paramount to my efforts and collaboration.
I have been in the employ of Pinpoint Health and Safety since May 2018, initially as Human Resource Administrator and subsequent to completing my certification in Skills Development Facilitation, the appointed Skills Development Facilitator for both the organization and selected clients. In my 4 years of employment at Pinpoint Health and Safety, I have been the lead Skills Development Facilitator for WSP & ATR Submission for both the organization and its clients as well as implementation and coordination of the delivery of planned training within set budgets and targets. During my tenure, I have been proactively involved in Community Upliftment Projects geared toward Social Economic Growth which has afforded me the opportunity to work with a multitude of professional service providers, municipalities, and contractors I am fully conversant with statutory requirements, particularly around Health and Safety and training frameworks that govern both the private and public sectors.
In addition hereto, I hold membership to the Association for Skills Development in South Africa (ADSA) since December 2022
