I work well with internal customers and external customers. I try my best to negotiate with suppliers the best rate possible before procuring an order. I track orders by liaising with supplier for an on-time delivery.

I make sure that the supplier delivers the correct Specification of Material which matches the correct Material Certification. Before delivering to site, I advise the Quality team to conduct Inspection to ensure of the correct Grade of material. I constantly liaise with different sites to advise of the delivery of orders by sending out a Purchase Requisition Daily Tracker.

With this tracker, the site manager can have full view of the status of the order placed until delivery. I also have Great knowledge of Document\ Drawing Controlling. I control the Master Drawing files of each job to ensure correct control and issuing of drawing.

I receive the latest Revised drawings which I Void the previous drawing and replace with the current drawings. I then mail the current drawing with an Updated Drawing Register to the different Quality departments and Procurement department. I work well with or without Supervision.
