I am a Project Manager with more than 30 years of project execution experience in project management of various multi discipline project in the Petrochemical oil and gas industry.

I am an internationally certified cost consultant with more than 15 years’ experience in project controls executing Engineering, EC, EPC and EPCm projects. I was also registered with various professional bodies such as PMI, AACE and SAPCI. (registration ended during Covid)

I have first-hand experience in managing and leading multi discipline projects as team leader, project manager, project controls manager or project services manager.

I have experience in executing project according to the PMBOK methodology and can also compile project method statements and project execution plans, I am also able to monitor and review performance areas by making use of earned value, SPI and CPI methods of controlling.

I am also well knowledgeable in making use of the NEC 3 and FIDIC contracting management procedures.

I can manage all aspects of the project lifecycles, including project planning, scope definitions, risk assessments, budgeting, and resource management from the start to the end of the project to comply to all stakeholders’ requirements and expectations.

I have been Project Controls manager for various international companies and also have more than 12 years of experience in executing multi-discipline engineering, EPC and EPCm projects
