I started working a Porter and Concierge, worked as a Telemarketing for TFG, selling the following: Funeral cover, Women and Men only, Retrenchment, Account Protection Plan, Legal.
Worked for RCS did the following: converting existing customer's credit into cash, opening new accounts for customer's and lease with customers via email to send their documents in order to complete their application. I work College of Cape Town as an intern, basically we were helping students to type, photocopying, scanning. I worked for Old Mutual, as Sales Consultant, I was selling funeral cover, savings plan, life covers and disability plan.
Currently I am working at Homechoice, I started working there as Telemarketing agent, selling bedding sets, blankets, furniture's, appliances. Then changed departments applied for Customer Service position, I got it. I was assisting customers with their queries, be as a customer did not receive their order, regarding payments, pickups.
Now I am currently in Customer Support resolving customers queries, call customers to find out more about their problems. Lease with internal and external in order to be able to help the customer, send email as a remind if there were documents requested from the customer.
