This role involves managing a diverse range of properties and optimize the performance of a real estate portfolio, manage tenant relations, budgets, and property maintenance, and provide strategic guidance to enhance asset value.
Key responsibilities for this role includes: property analysis, tenant relations, lease management, property maintenance, financial management, risk management, market research, reporting, compliance as well as communicating with property owners and investors to provide updates on portfolio performance and strategies.

Complete all necessary duties as deemed essential and performed by an Estate Agent. Guide and assist clients from the first point of contact to key handover. Obtain new sales/rental properties, bring owners and potential buyers together.
Advertise properties on various social media platforms. Follow up on seller and buyer leads. Take photos of properties and write up property descriptions for marketing purposes. Show properties to potential buyers/tenants through various platforms.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants. Complete and present purchase offers/lease agreements along with all relevant documentation. Review purchase contracts/lease agreements to ensure terms are met.
