Melody Chiume

Currently i am stationed at the University of Mpumalanga as a Business Development Practitioner assisting student entrepreneurs, alumni and community SMMEs to model their businesses for viability and sustainable job creation through business coaching, business pitch training and handholding in identifying viable markets and strategies. I have also worked extensively in supporting and mentoring agricultural entrepreneurs. As such my agribusiness mentorship focused on agricultural cash flow management, staggered production planning for continuous income as well as helping farmers understand the price inelasticity of agricultural goods through production planning that is aligned to the market dynamics and recommended risk control .
