Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security.
Collaborate with network service providers to maintain connectivity and resolve network-related problems.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform repairs or replace ments as necessary.
Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets and ensure their proper documentation.
