Perform the necessary quality control measures to ensure that final artwork meets client standards. Committed, systematic and focused despite setbacks, having handled multiple assigned projects with various and fluctuating priority levels, and short deadlines simultaneously
● Attend project meetings with cross-functional teammembers regarding production processes, capacity, timelines as needed for timeously delivery of projects.
● Acts as the central project lead between cross-functional members (Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging Engineers, Quality, etc.) pre-media agency and translation services.
● Coordinate multiple projects across all African markets as well as assist in other European countries such as Turkey.
● Facilitates and manages project deliverables and information for all tasks related to the artwork completion.
● Proactively obtains project information from various systems and cross-functional teams to create a handoff packet to assist the pre-media agency in developinggraphics right the first time.
● Source translations from translations agency as is needed.
● Assist with the development of project timelines and prioritize work accordingly.
● Upload project data and due dates on the online approval platform.
● Assists in resolution of any complaints and quality assurance issues as needed.
● Provide weekly project status updates by maintaining project status reports and metrics to assist in project planning.
● Participate in cross-functional teams discussions to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, and quality.
● Utilizes systems and databases to enter client information and or retrieve information as needed and verifies all client information is current in the database.
● Manage lead-time expectations for artwork, prepress and eCommerce imagery for on-time delivery.
● Lead kick-off and review meetings with cross-functional team members and pre-media agency.
● Manage artwork approvals in WebCenter summarizing changes for the pre-media agency
