I have been working in my current position as a service coordinator for almost 3 years now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. I have been involved in customer relations for over 5 years. I deal with customer requests, orders, complaints, pricing, stock issues, incorrect stock etc. I currently work within a team, I have 3 technicians that I currently look after, planning boards, customer requests, delivers, machine spares etc.
Matric - 2009
Admin courses - Boston college an Shaw academy
I finished Matric in 2009. I have studied a few admin courses throughout the years as well. My goal is as of the end of this year to be enrolled in a business management course.
