Diagnosis of desktop, application, networking and infrastructure issues.
Expertise of supporting a wide and varied client base.
Troubleshooting PCs, Laptops and mobile devices.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users
Installation and Support of telecommunication equipment.
Fixing laptops, computers and printers.
Loading Operating systems and software’s to computers
Soldering Motherboards components,
Maintaining a log of all problems detected and system back-ups.
Installing and configuring computer networks
Installing and repairing CCTV systems
