I am a registered HR Professional with the South-African Board of People Practices (SABPP) with a postgraduate degree in Strategic Human Resources Management. I am a people-driven Human Resources Manager that believes a workforce is an organisation's heartbeat and have over 10 years’ experience in the HR field over various industries. I joined my most employer, NACOSA on a project-basis after working for an Implementation Partner with the government-led Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme that addresses youth unemployment in South-Africa by creating quality workplace-experience programmes between business, labour, and civil society.
