•Personnel Administration
- Providing all employees with complete and relevant documents for employment
- Creating and updating all employees Personnel files in both electronic and manual filling systems.
- capturing the employee details to electronic system and files in alphabetical order.
- Filling of all employee documents such as marriage certificate,decree of divorce. Dispensary actions and code of conduct.
•Payroll Administration
- calculating new employee remuneration contracts and forward to immediate superior for further processing
- Receiving and recording claim forms such as overtime , sleep out Travelling claims of employees.
- Calculating overtime, sleep out,stand-by allowance and traveling claims using the specific formula.
- Preparing payroll input file for verification by immediate superior .
Records and Registry Duties
1.Receiving and Sending of emails
- Scanning and photocopy of documents
- Maintaining complex and confidential files
- Removing all the misfed of papers from machine
5 Doing requisitions.
