To whom it may concern,
I started my journey in my working life through insurance where i discovered my passion to work with clients.
It taught me about the basic principle TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) which allowed me to develop a work ethic of prioritizing the clients needs and assisting aggrieved clients by which delivering a higher level of service. I work well under pressure in providing accurate and efficient services and I would like to explore different positions and gain experience and expand my knowledge even further. I have studied and achieved my NQF4 and RE5 which has given me the necessary stepping stone to be able to work with clients as a claim's technician, therefore allowing me to give clients the best claims experience possible.
