As a Lecturer at IIE Rosebank College, I deliver training and education to students, conduct academic research and development, and provide overall support to the Academic department. I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from University of the Free State, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in General Management from the same institution. I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at Varsity College, with the aim of enhancing my knowledge and skills in accounting and business management.

I have extensive work experience in various fields and sectors, such as ICT, residence, teaching and learning, and commerce. I have acquired essential professional skills that enable me to work effectively with diverse teams, under pressure, and with accountability and responsibility. I have also demonstrated my ability to be decisive, innovative, and adaptable, as well as to seek continuous improvement and excellence.

Some of my notable achievements include developing and implementing e-learning solutions, managing financial and human resources, and tutoring students in different subjects. I am passionate about education and management, and I strive to contribute positively to the department and organization.

I have started working as a student in a student environment, where I occupied various position from student leadership to academic position. Currently I occupy an academic position as a lecturer.

I am currently studying a PGDip in Management, previously obtained Post Graduate Certificate in Education as well BCom General Management.
