Been in practice since 2019. Been practicing both speech therapy and Audiology. Recently completed my masters in Audiology. I am passionate, adaptable, and good at problem solving. I was born in South Africa but am also Portuguese and speak the language.
Worked as a speech therapist and audiologist in a public hospital doing my community service. I have been in private practice since, doing speech therapy with pediatrics (language, literacy, early intervention, special needs). I see both adults and children in audiology.
I do hearing tests, wax management, hearing aid trials and fittings, REMS, aural rehabilitation, as well as collaborate weekly with two ENT surgeons by providing their patients with hearing tests and fitting them with bone anchored devices when necessary.
Completed my undergraduate degree as well as my Masters in Audiology at Wits University. I passed my undergraduate degree with distinction.
