I did my internship at Gijima has taught me practical psychometric skills. The ability to work with diversity, rules and regulations, using different types of measures for unique clients, the ability to communicating and upholding professional and ethical values, equipped to work under pressure and recruitment process. I was further interested in recruitment, so did a training about more full cycle process of recruitment.
