I'm an enthusiastic team player who is always looking for new challenges. My ambitious nature, combined with my innovative thinking, keeps me motivated to always finding the most effective and efficient way to get the job done.

I have a passion for people which is showcased in my ability to foster strong relationships and administer high level communication channels.

I have recently completed my Masters in ICT and secured a Golden Key award which promotes my ability to always strive for the best.

I started my journey as an engineering lecturer which developed into an IT lecturing role and then Head of Faculty. I finished off my involvement in the private education sector as a Sales Manager (Covid period).

I then landed a job as a content developer where I grew my technical skills based on the proprietary software and was then promoted to a technical support role. In this role, I am using two hats, 1st tier and 2nd tier.

I have recently submitted my Masters Thesis in ICT and awaiting for feedback. My thesis topic is Factors for the adoption of blockchain technology in an electronic document management organization. I also obtained a Golden Key certificate in my Masters studies.
