Coordinating fourteen Contractors that outsourced by UJ on SLA's bases to maintain and to do the Preventative Maintenance under the following Portfolio (HT Electrical, Backup Generators, UPS, HVAC, Lifts, Heat Pumps, Fume Hoods, Data Centre HVAC & Chillers, PV System. I am Centralizing to all Four UJ Campuses.
- Planning and Scheduling of Preventative Maintenance for all fourteen Service providers, according to their SLAs
- Issuing them UJ Job cards that are generated from Archibus System before they start with the service, Site inspection during the service, sign off job cards after they done with the service, after we close the job cards on Archibus System
- Coordinating during Callouts and Breakdowns. After the matter has been reported to Call Centre or directly to me, I follow up with the service provider and follow the processes until the matter gets resolved
- Receive quotations when applicable for callouts & breakdowns and process them to get the job done. Receive invoices and process them for the service provider to get payments
Assistant Planner - Howden (Eskom Subcontractor)

- Work on SAP System creating PMs, opening Purchase Requisitions, Issuing Purchase Orders to the Engineering Department, receiving quotations from service providers, Processing the Invoice payments through payment department. Ordering of Spares for Engineering department
Acting Engineering Coordinator - Great Basin Gold (Burnstone Mine)

- Engaged with the outsourced Contractors that are doing Maintenance at the Mine sites, inspecting the work and make sure they meet the deadline
- Assist the Planner in planning the daily duties of underground work only for Engineering department
- Assist on service planning dates for all moving machines for the underground, and make sure they go for that service. All assets were programmed on SAP system
Control Room Operator - Great Basin Gold (Burnstone Mine)

- Reporting of Breakdowns, send out of daily report to Management about the shift production, Bookings of Moving Machines for service
- Monitoring of Control Room Screens, checking the progress on production, monitoring Water Dams levels and Underground Fans

Electrical Project Coordinator - Eskom Enterprise Division (Project of Bringing back the Power Station)

- Work on Electrical Documents and Drawings, Modification on MV, LV, & DC Switchgears and Permanent Labelling before Commissioning
- Schematic Drawings Reviewing, placing of Electrical Drawing for Squad check before handing over to the Contractor to start that Project
- Overlooking/ Inspecting the job or checking the progress on Site to Electrical Contractors in that Project
- Assist the Electrical Engineers on Commissioning the Plant after the finish as per plant Units
Electrical Engineering Assistant - Eskom Enterprise Division (Project of Bringing back the Power Station)

- Work on Drive Motors. MV, LV & DC - Collection the Information from the name Plate Data from old Motors on Sites before they strip them for refurbishment, tag them with the KKS number, create the spread sheet and save that info in the system for the Engineer to redesign the Plant ad it was returning to service. Doing the same thing even to Actuators that are required to be Motorize also take that info to the Engineers to redesign the Actuators. I was doing that job from Unit 1 to 6, including Co
- Assist the Project Supervisors on supervising the Companies/ Contractors that were installing lights, Plugs & DB Boards in the plant, and the Contractor that was Servicing the Lifts and Installation of new ones
Sami-Skilled - Eskom Grootvlei Power Station (Contractor at nonoperational Power Station)

- Stores Work - Issuing of work Materials, checking the shortage of stock items that the department is using and ordering from the main Eskom Stores
- Assist the Electrical Artisans to do Electrical defects on sites
- Assist the Supervisor on daily planning of maintenance, filling the employee's timesheets, Secretary on the department meetings, taking minutes on safety meetings. Last I was a Maintenance department Safety Rep
