• Daily running of store, Admin, managing staff, solving staff issues.
• To achieve sales targets, cost and shrinkage control, dealing with customer complaints, staff schedule, motivate and training of staff.
• Making sure that the company policy and procedures are adhered to, making sure that customer service is our 1st priority and also making sure all staff are treated fair and in a professional manner
