Rocam Project in South Africa: Involved in the project of decommissioning the Rocam engine plant in Ford South Africa working for Chinese company as a Tooling Technician. Worked in tooling department planning, packing each line through numbering the boxes, organizing drawing, tool life, lead-time, tool cost and how many sets on excel. Leadership - led the team during auditing.

Prepared tooling electronic library for main library ordering and improvements. Tool auditing to identify how many sets available and current Suppliers as well as breaking down of the incomplete sets through each supplier. Excelled in job and company sent to England.

Tool Technician - Ford Motor Company - Dagenham, United Kingdom

Lynx Project in Ford United Kingdom (U.K) in Dagenham: Training on tooling side processes, learning the machining process sheets, how many back-ups, tooling inventory, collecting all data concerning tooling, decommissioning phase and planning for re-commissioning phase in China with other tooling technicians.

Re-commissioning of three engine plants: Rocam Engine SA, Lynx Engine UK and Rocam Engine Brazil. Tool-crib layout designing, tool racks installation, measuring machines installation. Leading the tooling department and training on TDS sheet, Process sheets, tooling sheets, training the presetting of tools.

Meeting with global tooling suppliers like Sandvik, Guhring, Mapal and other suppliers for localization of tooling. Trial run using original tooling from South Africa, England and Brazil to ensure 100% quality before tool testing with China Tooling. Preparing all three toolcribs for trail run readiness.

Company had Contract with Ford Motor Company in Port Elizabeth. Had meetings with managers every two weeks for problems encountered and progress on tooling department. Every Mondays doing spreadsheet on Excel and PowerPoint to see top five breakages and top five Quality issues of Crankline and Headline and work towards bringing them down looking for solutions.
