About
I have recently completed an online course in UX Design from Upskillist – Vodacom and I have obtained a bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Psychology and Physiology at the North West University which was awarded in April 2023. Gaining work experience and skills as a Student Facilitator and Junior Front-liner has shaped and broadened my knowledge on what teamwork entails and the importance of providing good service to people. I take pride and joy in opening myself to learning and that has immensely improved my listening skills and sharpened my communication skills
