Consumer marketing manager at Versuni (previously know as Philips domestic appliances). 2014 - 2023
- Creating the kitchen appliances and Coffee marketing and strategic plan, end to end, for the Africa Market, identifying locally relevant consumer insights, source of business, target audiences and ensuring alignment to the global business strategy.
- Responsible for the management of all new product introductions
- Developing and executing product roadmaps aligned with business goals. Strong ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable product strategies to ensure we achieve the goals of the business.
- Owned the local marketing activation plan including a 12-month rolling integrated calendar across ATL as well as BTL. Created all agency briefs and worked very closely with local marketing managers and digital and e-commerce teams
- Worked with the Head of Marketing to create the Mobile Marketing and Strategic Business Plans for Mobile Phones and Notebooks.
- Annual marketing plans across the Mobile and Notebook categories from tactical to full product launch campaigns.
- Drove local product launches in line with global strategy.
- Managed the entire mobile marketing budget for the department and involved in lifecycle planning and forecasts for Notebooks.
